1. The method you are trying to use (a link to a relevant API page, for example);
2. The whole curl with body/header/parameters (feel free to exclude any sensitive information);
3. The timeframe when you encountered an issue, the newer the better;
4. The business\_id you are using, so we can identify your profile (in case of Ride Exchange API - fleet\_id);
5. Your contact point in Gett (name, email, phone if relevant);
6. Anything else you believe can help us to troubleshoot your issue.
